Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in direct sales and a strong understanding of the dental industry. This role focuses on building relationships with dental practices, identifying their operational needs, and delivering tailored software solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business through direct B2B sales to dental clinics
- Identify, prospect, and engage decision-makers (dentists, practice owners, office managers)
- Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions aligned with practice workflows
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and retention
- Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:- 5+ years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS solutions
- Previous experience selling into dental practices, DSOs, or dental service organizations is essential
- Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, including patient workflows, scheduling, billing, and practice management systems
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage dental professionals and decision-makers effectively
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with strong pipeline management skills
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Existing network within the dental industry
Salary:We offer competitive compensation. Base salary is $70,000 plus a generous commission structure with combined potential to earn $140k
