As a Caregiver/Home Support Worker/Personal Support Worker, you play a vital role in someone’s daily life. You help clients feel safe, respected, and supported while maintaining their independence and quality of life. Your presence, reliability, and care truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide person-centered care based on individual care plans, including:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support)
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Overnight or respite care for families
• Patient attendant services in hospitals or facilities
• Accurate documentation using digital care systems
• Reporting changes in client condition or safety concerns

What You Bring

• Previous caregiving or personal care experience
• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort using basic digital tools for scheduling and care notes
• A respectful, ethical, and dependable approach to care
