Traditional channel sales models have become inefficient. Most partner managers spend their time supporting underperforming partners or maintaining legacy relationships with little growth potential. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally changing both product distribution and channel ecosystem development, yet many organizations continue to rely on manual processes and intuition to identify resellers.
GFI takes a different approach. We leverage AI to discover, evaluate, and onboard a new generation of resellers—those who understand emerging market dynamics and are ready to capitalize on them immediately. We identify partners with strong alignment, execute rapid onboarding sequences, and equip them with AI-generated sales assets that drive conversions from the start. In this position, you won't function as a traditional channel manager. You'll design and operate a high-velocity revenue system.
This role does not involve waiting for partner inquiries, maintaining established accounts, or executing outdated strategies. You'll use AI to pinpoint resellers with exceptional growth potential, create accelerated onboarding pathways that deliver results, and activate new partnerships that produce revenue in weeks rather than months. If you have a proactive acquisition mindset and already use AI tools to gain competitive advantage, this role will suit you well. If your preference is to "cultivate relationships" and participate in periodic performance reviews, this position is not appropriate.

What You Will Be Doing- Develop prioritized lists of prospective resellers, scored by revenue potential using data extracted from AI platforms

- Convert newly onboarded partners into productive sellers who generate pipeline and remain active within our AI-enabled channel ecosystem

Basic Requirements- Advanced proficiency in generative AI (i.e., use of multiple AI platforms, capability to automate workflows and build custom GPTs); if your AI use has been limited to research, learning, brainstorming, or content generation, that will be considered insufficient
- A minimum of 2 years of channel sales experience, with a focus on sourcing and onboarding new partners (not solely managing existing relationships)

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
