Role Overview

We are seeking a Citrix Engineer with strong experience in NetScaler (Citrix ADC) and Citrix StoreFront to support the integration of a new domain into an existing Citrix environment. The role will focus on ensuring seamless access, authentication, and performance across the integrated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the integration of a new domain into the existing Citrix environment
• Configure and manage Citrix NetScaler (ADC) for secure access and load balancing
• Configure and maintain Citrix StoreFront to ensure proper application and desktop delivery
• Implement and troubleshoot authentication methods (LDAP, SSO, MFA, etc.)
• Ensure proper domain trust, policies, and access controls are configured
• Validate and optimize user access experience across integrated environments
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during and after integration
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure alignment
• Document configurations, changes, and integration steps

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Citrix NetScaler (Citrix ADC) configuration and management
• Hands-on experience with Citrix StoreFront
• Experience integrating multiple domains or environments within Citrix
• Knowledge of Active Directory, domain trusts, and GPOs
• Experience with authentication protocols (LDAP, SAML, MFA, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Citrix environments
• Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, SSL, VPN)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
• Familiarity with Citrix Gateway
• Experience in enterprise environment integrations or migrations
• Citrix certifications (CCA, CCP, or equivalent)
