We’re not here to sugarcoat it. This is tough, physical work. If you’re reliable, strong, and know how to put in a day’s effort, you’ll do great. If you’re looking for an easy ride, this isn’t it.

The Job:

• Local labor and driving — you’ll be hands-on, not just behind the wheel
• Loading and unloading sea cans safely and efficiently
• Proper load securement — chains, binders, straps, you name it
• Getting a tractor-trailer into tight spots without drama (Class 1)
• Getting a tandem truck and deck into tight spots without drama (Class 3)
• General site labor: cleanup, moving materials, and helping the crew where needed
• Working safely at all times, and following direction the first time it’s given

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who shows up — on time, every time
• Physically capable and not afraid to sweat
• Knows how to secure a load properly and work around heavy equipment
• Can take direction without an attitude
• Confident with a truck in tight, challenging spaces
• Fluent English — for safety, communication, and no mistakes
• Understands that the workday ends when the job is done — not when the clock hits 6pm. We aim to have you on your way home by 6:00 PM most nights, but sometimes the day runs a bit longer. That’s part of the job, and it should be accepted without us having to ask.

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
