Jayne Industries Inc is currently seeking to fill a temporary full time position as a:

CNC Programmer/Operator (Temporary Full time)

• Perform longhand (G-code) programming at the machine using Fanuc controls
• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
• Complete full job changeovers including tooling, offsets, and program edits
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure parts meet specifications
• Inspect parts and maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• When CNC work is not required, assist with other production-related duties as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety rules, policies and the Act.
• Other duties as assigned by the VP of sales and marketing

• Proven experience with Fanuc CNC controls (oi-TC, i Series, 16i-M)
• Strong longhand programming skills (G-code)
• Full understanding of tool offsets and machine setup
• Ability to independently complete full job changeovers -Experience running both CNC lathes and mills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Post secondary in a technical field, college, university or relevant years of experience required.

Salary/Wage: $24-28 depending on experience

This position is full time on site and temporary due to a leave.
