Job DescriptionWe are looking for a CNC Programmer and Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong machining experience, can program and operate CNC equipment, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality parts.
Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding as needed.
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Make program and setup adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications- 3+ years of CNC programming and operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances.
- Experience with precision measuring tools.
- Knowledge of CNC tooling, feeds, speeds, and setup procedures.
- CAM software experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
