Responsibilities- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Implement database design principles to organize existing inventory and material and equipment prices.
- Prepare and submit quotes and bid proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends including AI applications like natural language processing for document analysis and big data analytics for market insights.
Qualifications- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS for deploying machine learning models.
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with database design and management for storing estimation data securely.
- Understanding of programming languages such as C, Java, Bash (Unix shell), and VBA is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI applications including natural language processing is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting technical information clearly.
