We're looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support our project teams from early planning through project completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, working with multiple stakeholders, and playing a key role in bringing complex projects to life.
Role OverviewAs a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle-from pre-construction planning to final closeout. You'll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with both client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support projects from design and permitting through construction and completion
- Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution
- Track progress, identify potential delays, and help implement solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and communication logs
- Prepare regular updates and reports for internal teams and stakeholders
- Act as a key point of coordination between project teams, clients, and partners
- Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring clear communication across all parties
- Assist with budget tracking and cost control efforts
- Work with quality teams to ensure project standards and specifications are met
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in project coordination or pre-construction within commercial or industrial construction
- Familiarity with permitting and municipal processes in British Columbia
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD or Revit is an asset
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and accountable approach
Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $55,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience
