We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Full-Time Contract Management Coordinator to support our Strategic Sourcing team.
Position OverviewProvides support to the Sourcing teams through all stages of contract management and the ongoing maintenance of existing contracts. Primary objectives include Member customer service, supplier relations, contract management and issue resolution while coordinating and supporting all elements of contracts lifecycle, following BPS guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service/Contract Maintenance- Maintain systems with up-to-date information around contract milestones.
- Maintain systems with up-to-date information around transactional data (SAP, Allscripts, BC)
- Provide contract information to other departments within Mohawk Medbuy
- Provide excellent and timely Customer Service to Members and internal stakeholders
- Build and foster working relationships with contracted Vendors
- Liaise with Members on contract issues, committee action items and inquiries
- Support issue resolution of contracts, such as but not limited to:
- pricing discrepancies,
- product adds and discontinuations,
- Member commitments,
- Terms and conditions
- Contact information
- Cost analysis reporting, as required
- KPI and statistical reporting, as required.
- Maintain the MMC contact databases for all Members and Vendors
Operational Support- Participate in the planning and execution of bi-annual members meeting
- Provide project support as requested by Managers or other internal departments
Additional Areas of Responsibility- Contribute/assist team members when needed
- Continuous learning
- Work collaboratively on contract deliverables
- Provide occasional support to Sourcing Team for Initiative activities.
- Continue to support legacy work (as required) as we integrate
Qualifications and SkillsEducation, Training, and ExperienceMandatory- Post secondary degree or diploma
- 1-2 years’ experience with knowledge of suppliers and dealing with people in differing levels of profession/position
- Demonstrated proficient communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high concentration on Customer Service
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability with a desire to learn
Preferred- Knowledge of contract management & BPS/CFTA Guidelines
Travel- Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required.
