Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, excellent knife skills, and experience in food service or the food industry.
Hiring for Trenton location and Foxboro location (food truck) Must have own transportation and get to both locations.
Hours 40/week, Thursday to Monday need to be open.

Duties- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications, including meal planning and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and workstations
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and hygiene standards
- Support catering services and special event meal preparations as needed
- Serve food to customers or staff in a professional manner
- Follow dietary guidelines and assist in menu planning for special dietary needs or preferences
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and notify management of stock levels
Requirements- Previous experience in dietary departments, catering, or restaurant kitchens is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Culinary experience with proficiency in cooking techniques and meal preparation
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with food presentation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to various shifts or scheduling needs as required
Food Handlers and Own vehicle is mandatory.
