We are looking for a motivated and experienced Corporate & Private Event Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving event sales, and securing corporate events, private parties, and large group gatherings at our venues. You will use your sales expertise to build relationships with companies, organizations, and individuals while working closely with our team to ensure flawless execution of every event.
What You’ll DoSales & Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building with companies, organizations, and event planners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, private parties, and large group bookings.
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Event Planning & Execution- Collaborate with the Management Team and Event Coordinators to ensure event requirements are understood and delivered seamlessly.
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop event-related campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager to manage budgets, contracts, and invoicing for events.
- Support the creation and execution of new event concepts and activations.
Reporting & Process Management- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve event sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Qualifications (Work Experience / Education / Certifications)- 3–5 years of experience in event sales, corporate hospitality, or special event planning.
- Diploma, certification, or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex events from proposal through execution.
- Experience working with high-profile clients and VIP guests.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and event management tools (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM knowledge required.
