The RoleWe're hiring an organized, personable Clinic Administrator to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. You'll be the first person clients see and the one keeping everything running behind the scenes.
What You'll Do- Greet clients, manage scheduling, and be the welcoming first point of contact
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and appointment coordination
- Process payments, insurance claims, and third-party billing (DVA, WorkSafeBC, NIHB, private plans)
- Coordinate with hearing aid manufacturers on orders, repairs, and warranty returns
- Manage hearing aid inventory, loaners, and clinic supplies
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support local marketing efforts and community outreach
- Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and running smoothly
What We Offer- $22–$29/hr depending on experience

What We're Looking For- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Warm, professional demeanor — you're the first face clients see
- Comfort with scheduling software, basic bookkeeping, and insurance billing
- Previous experience in a hearing clinic office is required — Blueprint an asset.
- Genuine interest in hearing health and helping people
