Campground Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

Spring Lake RV Resort is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team for the 2026 camping season.

We are a family-run business located just 10 minutes west of Stony Plain, off Highway 16A. Our resort is built on exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax, connect with nature, and enjoy time with family and friends. With over 60 years of history and multiple generations involved, we continue to build a strong community of employees, seasonal members, and camping guests each season.

Job Responsibilities

• Guest check-ins and departures
• Managing reservations using campground software
• Processing payments and operating cash register
• Answering telephone calls and responding to guest inquiries
• Handling customer requests and questions
• Daily cash-outs
• Opening and closing the office
• Convenience store operations, including:
• Making soft-serve ice cream
• Operating a 3-minute pizza oven
• Restocking and selling retail items
• Office cleaning duties, including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom cleaning

Position Type:

Part-time and Full-time positions available

Hours:

• Resort operates 7 days a week, 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:

Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications
