Job SummaryWe are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries
- Accurately handle cash and follow all cash handling procedures
- Promote and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals, especially during peak periods
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently when required
Qualifications & Skills- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards
- Experience with POS systems (Micros POS experience is an asset)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
