Job Summary

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries
• Accurately handle cash and follow all cash handling procedures
• Promote and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals, especially during peak periods
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently when required

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards
• Experience with POS systems (Micros POS experience is an asset)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
