About the RoleAs a CSR at Cash 4 You, you’re not a cashier.
You are the front line of the business.
You’ll work directly with customers in a fast-paced branch environment, handle real financial transactions, and take ownership of sales and follow-ups that drive branch performance. This role combines face-to-face service, sales execution, and back-office work across lending and collections systems.
This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable with fast-paced, multi-task environments and who like seeing their effort turn directly into results.
What You’ll Do- Welcome customers, assess needs, and match them with the right products and services
- Own your contribution to branch sales targets and performance results
- Explain lending, insurance, and payment options clearly so customers can make informed decisions
- Process loans, payments, and transactions quickly and accurately, often with multiple customers waiting (cash handling required)
- Move confidently between in-person service, phone follow-ups, and internal systems throughout the day
- Proactively follow up on renewals, missed payments, and new offers
- Support collections efforts professionally and consistently
- Maintain orderly lobby flow, transaction pacing, and customer experience during peak traffic
- Contribute to daily branch operations, appearance standards, and team results
How You’ll Actually WorkThis is a high-throughput, multi-system role.
On a typical shift, you’ll switch rapidly between customers, phone calls, and multiple computer systems simultaneously while handling cash and time-sensitive decisions. You’ll be expected to maintain speed, accuracy, and composure even when the branch is busy.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to execute accurately at speed.
What We’re Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Retail sales, customer service, or cash handling experience is an asset
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously while serving customers face-to-face
- Able to maintain speed, accuracy, and focus in a high-volume environment
- Competitive, goal-driven, and comfortable asking for the business
- Strong communicator who can start conversations and close them
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Willing to support nearby locations when needed (flexibility creates opportunity)
