As part of their continued growth, our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Warehouse Division) who will be responsible for coordinating picking and accurate processing and shipping of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role reports to the WMS & Customer Relation Manager, Warehouse Division. The incumbent takes charge of the entire picking/packing/shipping/receiving process to ensure all orders are complete and meet transport pick up times.
EXPERIENCE IN A WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT IS MANDATORY
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the accurate and efficient process of data entry in WMS for receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment and picking of merchandise
- Creating freight bills
- Scanning paperwork into our inhouse system
- Communicating with carriers and team members
- Update forms & reports
- Manage customers' accounts
- Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Filing
- Answering telephone
- Willing to work occasional extended hours as required
- Other duties as required
Qualifications & Key Competencies:- Grade 12 graduation
- 1 year experience working in an office environment
- Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Good analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Hours and Location:- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:00
- Terminal Location: Calgary, AB

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
