At Dirty Diesel, we’re known for high-performance builds and quality parts. But a great build is only as good as the service behind it. We need a Customer Service Advisor who is organized, tech-savvy, and ready to help our customers navigate their orders from start to finish.
This isn't just about answering phones... it’s about managing the customer experience and making sure nobody falls through the cracks.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Multichannel Support: Managing a high volume of incoming support tickets, emails, and phone calls with professional and timely responses.
- Order Tracking & Logistics: Proactively monitoring order statuses and keeping customers updated on lead times, backorders, or shipping delays.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Working with customers to resolve post-purchase issues, including basic installation questions or warranty claims.
- Returns & Exchanges: Processing RMAs and ensuring returned products are documented and handled correctly with the warehouse.
- System Management: Ensuring all customer data, shipping notes, and order details are entered accurately into our system to prevent fulfillment errors.
- Team Liaison: Coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to solve shipping discrepancies or technical order snags.
What We’re Looking For:- Calm, Collected, and Kind: You can handle a frustrated customer with professional composure and find a solution that works for everyone.
- Digital Fluency: You’re comfortable jumping between support software, email, and internal databases quickly.
- Automotive Interest: You don't need to be a master tech, but you should be willing to learn about the parts we sell (we will train you in all of those).
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who catches a typo in a shipping address or a mismatch in a part number before it becomes a problem.
Why Join Dirty Diesel?- Benefits: Full Health and Dental package after 90 days.
- Employee Perks: Access to thousands of parts at employee pricing, plus shop service discounts.
- Career Growth: We promote from within. If you’re hungry and put in the work, there is always room to move up.
- Culture: We’re a tight-knit team. We host shop events and get out to industry shows to celebrate the wins.
