Job OverviewBased in our Melbourne office in Mulgrave, we are seeking a passionate professional to orchestrate the planning, coordination, and execution of our national luxury dealer network expansion. This role is responsible for driving compliant and profitable growth across both sales and aftersales by balancing strict adherence to internal policies with nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with dealer partners.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the national network expansion strategy, planning and execution
- Detailed PMA by PMA strategy, analysis, capacity planning and facility planning for sales and aftersales
- Corporate CI manual review, execution and adherence nationally
- Assess site proposals and recommendations for review by management
- Site by site management of planning, construction and completion to the agreed schedule
- Design and implement premium customer journey and dealership operating standards
- Site by site standards and compliance audits.
About YouStrong background and proven track record in network development, planning and expansion in automotive is a must. A strong relationship builder, confidence presenter to senior management and exceptional project management skills are needed.
You'll Bring- Demonstrated success in automotive (or related) retail dealer network expansion. Ideally with 4+ years of experience in premium/luxury automotive brands. Additional network expansion experience gained in non-automotive but premium/luxury industries—such as hospitality, aviation, or luxury goods (e.g., watches, handbags, apparel)—will be a plus.
- Extensive and strong existing network of Dealer owners, key decision makers, sites and PMA’s is required
- Experience in managing detailed PMA by PMA analysis and market studies to optimise performance
- Strong understanding of sales and aftersales capacity/process planning
- Strong understanding of the Franchising code of conduct and experience in dealer agreements
- Strong project management skills to coordinate standards roll-out across multiple stakeholders, combined with exceptional communication skills to build consensus among diverse groups while pushing for measurable results
