While management supplies core narratives, your success will be measured by your ability to orchestrate these 'ingredients' into a high-performing digital ecosystem that drives ROI.
Your Key Outcomes- ESTABLISH PERFORMANCE CHANNELS: Manage the end-to-end setup, keyword optimization (SEO), and verification of our core advertising ensuring all accounts are secured and aligned with corporate branding standards.
- DRIVE CONVERSIONS VIA PAID MEDIA: Execute and optimize high-impact campaigns through Google Ads and other marketing platforms. You will also manage programmatic marketing efforts to maximize reach and efficiency.
- ORCHESTRATE AI & VISUAL INNOVATION: Utilize company-supplied narratives with advanced tools like HeyGen and D-ID to manage the 'ingredients-to-video' workflow.
- AUTOMATE THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY: Build and manage auto-responder funnels, CRM workflows, and integrated Email/SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain community authority.
- MAXIMIZE CAMPAIGN ROI: Deliver regular performance reports that translate digital metrics into actionable business insights. You will be responsible for tracking ROI and executing A/B tests across all funnels.
- PUBLIC COMPANY MARKETING EXPERIENCE we are a capital markets, multi-faceted, omni-channel marketing group, where you will gain extensive experience working with public companies. Adhering to public company marketing rules and regulations best practices are imperative. You will be overseen by, and learn from, managements decades of experience in maintaining these strict requirements.
Who You Are?- Experience: Recent graduate with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing. Real-world self-taught experience will also be considered through a portfolio review and client recommendations.
- Technical Orchestrator: You think like a builder. You are comfortably navigating Google Ads, CRM systems, and AI tools.
- Analytical Scientist: You enjoy the 'science' of search marketing—using data to prove what works and iterate based on results.
- Creative Technologist: You understand how rapidly the industry evolves and can leverage tools like AI system construction to stay ahead of the curve.
- Influencer Savvy (Bonus): Experience or interest in managing influencer marketing relationships is a significant asset.
- Local Resident: Based in the Lower Mainland, BC, and valuing a hybrid model that combines remote deep-focus work with flexible in-person collaboration.
