AccountabilitiesOur agency supports a large range of clients from multiple sectors. You will have the following accountabilities for the clients you support:
- Manage a portfolio of clients: allocate budgets, oversee campaign performance, daily communication, attend monthly progress meetings and oversee client success
- Act as the point of contact between Ballistic Arts and the portfolio
- Deal with day-to-day communications with clients and escalate concerns or resourcing issues
- Build effective strategies and tactics each 90 days to support client objectives through the entire customer lifecycle for the portfolio
- Work closely with the Strategist to ensure strategies can be achieved within the constraints provided
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to clients
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual customer reviews
- Manage, analyze and oversee optimizations for paid ads, email campaigns, SEO, and content creation.
- Strategize ways to make data driven iterations to support development of client objectives and digital marketing strategies eg. A/B testing
Skills and Experience RequiredThe right candidate for this role is a strong creative player who is able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production. You probably have at least 3-5 years experience in the digital field
- Strong client-facing interpersonal skills and a master of active listening and problem solving.
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
- Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business
- Strong task management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
- Ability to iterate ideas quickly and use data to quantify decisions
Compensation and Benefits- Base Salary: $80,000-$9,000/year
