About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and systems-driven AI-Powered Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the online presence and digital growth of a fast-paced real estate business.
This is not just a content posting role. We are looking for someone with strong experience in social media strategy, content creation, digital marketing, branding, and AI-powered workflow solutions who can help build a cohesive, modern, high-converting online presence.
The right candidate understands how to combine creative marketing with AI tools, automation, and digital systems to save time, improve consistency, generate leads, and elevate brand quality across all platforms.
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, improve visibility, and support business growth.

Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Content Management- Develop and execute a clear social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, and campaigns
- Maintain a cohesive visual and written brand presence across all platforms
- Repurpose content efficiently across channels while maintaining quality and relevance
- Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and content performance
- Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, and best practices
AI Solutions & Workflow Optimization- Identify and implement AI tools to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, editing, scheduling, research, and reporting
- Build repeatable AI-assisted systems for captions, content ideation, design workflows, SEO support, and marketing admin
- Use AI strategically to increase output while maintaining quality, authenticity, and brand consistency
- Recommend and implement automation solutions that streamline marketing processes
- Help integrate AI into business operations where relevant to marketing, lead management, and content production
Digital Marketing & Brand Growth- Develop and support digital marketing initiatives that improve visibility, lead generation, and brand trust
- Assist with website updates, landing page ideas, SEO-focused content, blog topics, and email marketing support
- Coordinate paid and organic campaign ideas where appropriate
- Support listing marketing, business promotion, personal brand growth, and audience engagement
- Ensure all digital assets are current, polished, and aligned with the business brand
Creative Direction & Asset Management- Create or coordinate high-quality graphics, marketing assets, branded templates, and visual content
- Work with photography, video, and listing assets to ensure they are used effectively
- Organize content libraries, templates, folders, and brand materials
- Maintain consistency in fonts, graphics, visual identity, and messaging
Reporting & Improvement- Track key metrics and provide regular reporting on performance and opportunities
- Identify what is working, what is not, and where improvements should be made
- Make proactive recommendations to improve engagement, quality, efficiency, and results
