About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Director of FP&A to drive financial planning, performance analysis, and decision support across a fast-growing, multi-channel (primarily e-commerce) business.
This is a high-impact role working closely with leadership, where you will shape financial strategy, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and maintain 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts
- Own monthly financial reporting for executive leadership
- Drive annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Perform customer & product-level contribution margin (DCM) analysis
- Lead variance analysis and cost control initiatives
- Partner with operations on demand planning and purchasing decisions
- Build and enhance financial models for strategic planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data accuracy and reporting integrity
- Support bank covenant reporting and compliance
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Lead ad hoc analysis and strategic finance projects
What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred/CA/CPA)
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or finance
- Strong background in consumer goods / e-commerce (preferred)
- Expert-level skills in Excel & financial modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O)
- Strong understanding of cash flow, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience with DCM analysis is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
