Salary Range: $110,000 - $135,000 base salary + performance bonus

This role requires current/recent foodservice sales experience within food manufacturers in the Consumer-Packaged Foods industry. While we appreciate interest, only those with this experience will be considered.
Our client, a leading CPG manufacturer of premium high-quality food products in Canada is seeking a sharp, driven, and well-accomplished sales leader to join their foodservice team.
This role is responsible for driving growth within the Ontario food service channel by shaping and executing commercial strategies that expand market presence and strengthen partnerships with key customers and distributors. Reporting into senior sales leadership, the position plays a central role in increasing revenue and profitability while elevating brand visibility across multiple channels in Eastern Canada. This role will lead a small team of high-performing Key Account Managers.
The position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building tailored customer plans, and leveraging market insights to stay ahead of competitive and category trends. It involves managing client relationships, supporting distributor networks, overseeing budgets and performance metrics, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and other internal teams to deliver effective commercial programs. The role also includes guiding brokers, participating in industry events, and ensuring consistent execution of sales initiatives across accounts.
Success in this position requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should bring experience in team management, distributor and broker engagement, and regional sales leadership, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. A solid understanding of the Ontario food industry, relevant regulatory standards, and sales tools is expected, with post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
This opportunity would be ideal for a sharp, high-performing and seasoned foodservice Senior National Account Manager or National Sales Manager with some people leadership experience that is ready and eager to move into a Director role with a fast-growing, dynamic and entrepreneurial organization.
