Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple store or branch operations within the district to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
- Oversee sales activities, set sales goals, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth.
- Supervise and mentor store managers and staff, providing guidance on operational best practices and leadership development.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to align district objectives with company-wide strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across districts.

Requirements- Proven experience in restaurant management, sales, business development, or related leadership roles within a retail or service industry.
