About the RoleDads Home Services is looking for motivated, personable individuals to join our sales team this summer. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand in local neighbourhoods — speaking directly with homeowners and booking residential window cleaning appointments on our behalf.
This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential. Representatives who are consistent and coachable can earn up to $600 in a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities- Canvass assigned residential neighbourhoods and engage homeowners in professional conversations
- Present and pitch our window cleaning services using our proven sales script
- Book appointments and accurately log all knocks, conversations, and sales
- Represent Dads Home Services with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets as outlined during onboarding
CompensationThis is a commission-based position. Earning potential is up to $600 per week on a 4-day schedule. Full details of the commission structure will be provided during onboarding.
What We're Looking For- Comfortable and confident speaking with strangers in a door-to-door setting
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable — someone who takes direction and applies feedback
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must have access to a personal vehicle and a valid G2 or G licence — this is a requirement for the role, as representatives are responsible for traveling to assigned neighbourhoods independently
