Position OverviewWe are looking for a Dump Truck Driver / Equipment Operator with experience in site development, earthworks, and construction environments.
This role involves operating dump trucks and a range of heavy equipment to support excavation, grading, and site servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate dump trucks for hauling aggregates, soil, and construction materials
- Operate heavy equipment such as:
- Excavators
- Skid steers
- Loaders
- Packers / rollers
- Perform rough and fine grading as required
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work closely with site supervisors and crews to maintain productivity
- Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures
Qualifications- Valid Class 1 or Class 3 driver’s license (air brakes required)
- 3+ years experience operating dump trucks and/or heavy equipment
- Experience in civil, earthworks, or site servicing projects
- Ability to read grades and work from site plans is an asset
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
