Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ECE Assistant to support the development and well-being of young children in our educational setting. The ideal candidate will assist lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes early childhood learning and growth. This role is vital in fostering positive experiences for children and supporting their individual needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements.
Duties- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child development
Requirements- Prior experience working with children, ideally in classroom or childcare settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Organizational skills to manage classroom activities and documentation efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities throughout the day
