We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and supporting children's individual needs. The Early Childhood Educator will work closely with colleagues, parents, and specialists to ensure a positive learning experience that promotes growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Secondary School ECE (Those without their ECE will not be considered)
• Montessori background/experience is considered an asset
• Criminal record and Social Development check

Location:

• New Maryland, New Brunswick

Licenses:

• Driver's Licence & CPR First Aid

Responsibilities:

• Educator will be responsible for maintaining child guidance in the classroom.
• Educator must maintain a positive, respectful, and professional demeanour at all times.
• Educator must be sensitive to the needs of all children.
• Educator will spend many hours standing, bending, and moving.
• Educator must love children and work well with others.
• Educator must create lesson plans that follow the NB Early Childhood Curriculum and implement them daily in the classroom.
• Educator must keep a professional attitude when interacting with other staff and parents.
• Educator will be responsible for daily and weekly cleaning.
• Educator must be willing to work with all ages and attend educational workshops/ professional development sessions.

Salary:

• Based on qualifications and experience. $500 signing bonus available and an additional $500 bonus upon probationary period completion.
