Schedule: 40 hours/week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), 1 Day/Week Hybrid (after the first month)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)
About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a results-driven eCommerce Manager to lead and scale digital retail operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role focused on driving customer experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence across multiple online marketplaces.

What You’ll DoMarketing & Sales- Drive growth across eCommerce sales channels (Canada & U.S.)
- Plan and execute digital campaigns (email, social, affiliate)
- Align eCommerce initiatives with broader brand strategies
- Analyze sales data to optimize funnels and profitability
Data & Performance- Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rate, etc.)
- Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
Pricing & Promotions- Execute pricing and promotional strategies
- Ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize merchandising for visibility and growth
Advertising & Optimization- Manage and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROAS
- Run self-serve ads to support product performance
- Report on campaign effectiveness
Leadership & Collaboration- Lead cross-functional eCommerce teams (marketing, dev, CX)
- Collaborate with operations, IT, logistics, and product teams
- Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic results
