Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Assistant to support classroom teachers and enhance the learning experience for students. Duties- Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
- Support students with their study
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students to reinforce learning concepts
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Support early childhood education initiatives and activities
- Assist with preparing educational materials and setting up learning stations
- Monitor student progress and report observations to teachers
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment conducive to learning
Skills- Prior experience in a classroom or educational setting is an asset
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet individual student needs
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting children's development and learning
