TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Program Manager.

Pay Rate Range: $70-88

Job Description

This is a 5.5 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (3-4 days/ week)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience leading transformational program
• 8-10 years of experience in leading Payroll and HR operations (Deep understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll operations)
• Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
• MS project experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• PCP or PLP designation preferred
• Large-scale payroll or ERP transformation (SAP preferred)

Soft Skills Required:

• Strong program leadership and execution mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Education:

Undergraduate degree, preferably with focus on business, HR, Finance, or related field. Post-secondary or relevant graduate degree is an asset
