YOUR IMPACTAs the Executive Account Director, you are the single point of accountability for the client's success and the overall health of the strategic partnership. Your mission is to evolve Ateko from a service provider to an indispensable partner, driving mutual growth by ensuring the client achieves their desired business outcomes through our solutions and services. You are the CEO of the account.
YOUR TEAMWe hire top talent and give them the space to thrive. You will work closely with delivery teams (ServiceNow, Cloud, Data, Security), the PMO, architects and subject‑matter experts, client success teams, marketing, and operations. Together, their primary mission is to create lasting value for clients, drive the growth of strategic accounts, and align technology solutions with business objectives. No ego, just smart people working together to solve complex problems.
WHAT TO EXPECTYour day to day will look like this:
- Define and execute the account strategy, aligning long-term vision with client business objectives and Ateko’s growth.
- Build and sustain strong executive relationships, acting as the client’s primary point of contact and internal advocate.
- Own the commercial leadership of the account, including P&L, revenue growth, forecasting, and complex negotiations.
- Ensure client success and value realization through strategic reviews, measurable outcomes, and escalation management.
- Lead and orchestrate the strategic account team, aligning delivery teams and partners around a unified, client-centric execution.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FORThe following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, client partnerships, or complex B2B sales within IT services or consulting.
- Proven track record managing large, complex accounts, consistently exceeding multi‑million‑dollar sales quotas.
- Strong strategic and financial acumen, including the ability to build and execute strategic account plans and manage full P&L ownership.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with demonstrated credibility at the C‑suite level.
- Strong leadership and value‑driven mindset, combining cross‑functional team leadership, Customer Success principles, and value‑based selling.
