IT Support Technician – Central Alberta

Pidherney’s Inc. is hiring a full‑time IT Support Technician in Central Alberta. This role supports and improves our IT environment and blends day‑to‑day operational support with project work across endpoints, identity and security, virtualization and servers, and core networking.

You’ll work with Windows 11, iOS and Android, MDM/UEM, Microsoft 365 and Azure, Windows Server 2022/2025, Linux, and modern automation tools. We’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who can work independently, prioritize effectively, and explain technical concepts clearly to others.

We value practical capability and the ability to apply knowledge in real environments. Relevant hands‑on experience, recent education, or a combination of both will be considered.
