What You’ll Be Doing- Cooking and plating menu items to a consistent, high standard
- Working clean, organized, and with strong attention to detail
- Following strict food safety and allergen protocols
- Communicating clearly with the team during service
- Taking ownership of your station
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 2 to 3 years line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality
- Someone who notices the details others miss
- Solid understanding of food safety and cross-contamination
- Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
- Able to stay focused and organized during busy service
