Requirements:

• Certified medical aesthetician with a minimum of 2 years of experience - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE.
• A laser certificate is required - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE.
• Fluent in English - DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT AT PROFESSIONAL LEVERL.
• Available to work varied hours (e.g., 3pm-7pm) and days, including Saturdays/Sundays - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T WORK DURING WEEKENDS.
• Located in Mississauga - DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THIS AREA.
• Knowledge of skin and skincare.
• Experienced and confident in performing treatments such as laser hair removal, facials, microneedling, skin tightening with RF, IPL, tattoo removal, chemical peels, body contouring, etc.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a warm demeanor.
• Outstanding communication and client rapport.
• Excellent sale technique.
• Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance

Responsibilities:

• Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
• Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
• Own responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of training
• Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
• Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
• Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
• Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
• Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
• Work effectively both independently and in a team
• Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
• Participate in promotional and educational events
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
