• Be physically capable of heavy lifting
• Be comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather (excluding storms and heavy rainfall)
• Be able to do stairs regularly
• Be okay with “getting dirty” when working with maintenance or groundskeeping crews
• Have a bubbly, outgoing personality for conducting property tours and interacting with the public.
• Have a “thick skin” and confidence to stand their ground; tenants may at times be frustrated or upset at times. This role is not well-suited for someone who is very shy or highly sensitive.
• Maintain a professional, calm, and upbeat demeanor at all times
• Be willing to learn, take direction, and adapt to different tasks daily
• Wear company approved shirts (supplied) and appropriate pant/shorts and shoe attire.

• Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks and day-to-day property needs
• Perform janitorial and light cleaning duties in common areas and select units
• Support groundskeeping tasks such as litter removal, seasonal clean-ups, and exterior upkeep
• Assist with routine property inspections and report findings to management
• Help prepare units and common areas for showings and occupancy
• Assist with leasing activities by conducting property tours
• Interact with tenants and prospective tenants in a professional and confident manner

• This is a part-time seasonal position running from June through late September
• The employer will work with students on scheduling flexibility in June and September
• July and August require near open availability during typical business hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Occasional short Saturday or Sunday shifts (morning or afternoon)
• Candidates with numerous pre-booked vacations or extensive schedule restrictions during the summer will not be a good fit
• July and August will be the busiest times and full-time hours will be possible during some periods.
