Job DescriptionWe are partnering with a high-growth, global professional services organization to place an exceptional FP&A Manager into their North American finance function. The company is a recognized leader in its space, acquisition-active, expanding rapidly, and investing meaningfully in the infrastructure to support that growth.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a mandate to build, from the ground up, with full ownership, reporting directly to the Head of Finance NA, with a seat at the executive table.

THE MANDATE- Own the full NA budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycle end-to-end
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models including revenue, headcount, and margin, not template maintenance
- Prepare and present financial reporting packages directly to the CEO, CFO, and COO
- Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis with executive-ready commentary
- Partner cross-functionally with regional leaders to support commercial decision-making
- Develop and refine financial dashboards and KPI frameworks using BI tools
- Support scenario and sensitivity analysis to guide strategic planning decisions
- Contribute to M&A integration and post-acquisition financial consolidation
- Identify and implement automation and AI-assisted improvements to FP&A workflows
Qualifications- Active CPA designation
- 5 to 7 years of progressive FP&A experience With clear ownership of full planning cycles, not support roles.
- Professional services, consulting, or technology - Comfort with project-based revenue models and multi-entity structures.
- Executive presence You present to senior leadership, challenge assumptions, and communicate clearly with numbers.
- GTA-based - Fully remote role. Canadian timezone with European business hours overlap required.
Compensation And StructureWhy is This a Great Opportunity:- $115,000 to $125,000 base
- $10,000 to $15,000 bonus
