Responsibilities- Help customers to obtain financing.
- Present and sell warranties, protection items, insurances and aftermarket products... etc.
- Maintain a current knowledge of products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs.
- Ensure all work performed is thorough, accurate and completed on time.
- Preparation of all documentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning, etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturers, and third-party vendors.
- Keep customers and staff updated on the progress of a vehicle delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service
QualificationsWe're looking for highly self motivated, driven, personable, customer friendly, and an eager individual to add to our team. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year automotive finance experience.
