What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and regulations
• Lead and improve internal controls and financial procedures
• Collaborate with leadership to support business strategy and decision-making
• Manage payroll, tax filings, and audits
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
• CPA designation or equivalent is preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
