Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and experienced Finance Manager / Sales Associate to handle the full sales cycle — from customer interaction to securing financing and closing deals. This is a hybrid role where you are responsible for both selling vehicles and structuring/approving financing, ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales- Engage with customers (in-person, phone, and online leads)
- Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and walkarounds
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and past clients
Finance & Lending- Structure deals and submit applications to lenders
- Work with prime and subprime lenders to secure approvals
- Present financing options, rates, and terms clearly to customers
- Sell F&I products (warranties, GAP, protection packages)
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Deal Management- Manage deals from start to finish (desking, approval, delivery)
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and funding partners
- Ensure deals are funded quickly and accurately
- Stay up to date with lender programs and guidelines
Requirements- 1–3+ years in automotive sales, finance, or both
- Strong understanding of credit (prime & subprime)
- Experience submitting deals to multiple lenders
- High closing ratio and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- OMVIC/AMVIC license (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation- Commission-based with strong earning potential
