Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets
- Oversee account reconciliation procedures to maintain accurate financial records
- Support investment activities by evaluating financial options and advising on potential opportunities
- Lead budgeting efforts, monitor expenses, and control costs across departments
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify financial opportunities for growth
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Provide leadership within the finance team, mentoring junior staff members as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services trends and industry best practices
Qualifications- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services with a focus on corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes
- Experience in budgeting, cost management, and risk analysis
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Familiarity with investment strategies and risk management techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop business development strategies based on financial insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
- Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively
Pay:$45,949.79-$98,853.68 per year
