Unlike traditional cold-calling roles, you will be reaching out to individuals who have already taken the first step toward their financial goals by completing a preliminary financial plan.
The Core MissionYour goal isn't just to "book a call." It’s to build a bridge. You will:
- Connect: Reach out to warm leads to discuss their initial DIY planning experience.
- Consult: Listen to their financial goals, identify gaps where professional advice could add value, and build authentic rapport.
- Convert: Successfully schedule discovery meetings between the prospect and our Senior Financial Planner.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing a consistent pipeline of warm leads.
- Conducting high-quality outbound discovery calls (focusing on quality of conversation over "churn and burn" volume).
- Acting as the "face" of the firm, ensuring every prospect feels heard and supported.
- Maintaining meticulous notes in our CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to the planning team.

Requirements- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, telephones.
- A "people-first" attitude—we value trust over high-pressure tactics.
- Flexibility. Success will require varied hours of work. Some mornings, some afternoons, some early evenings, some hours on most weekends.
- Primarily work from home.
- 6 Hours/week. Once you develop your skills and are successful this can be expanded.
