The bigger pictureWe’re looking for an agile and passionate individual who is looking to develop their leadership skills, to come on board as our Financial Services Supervisor in Regina. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and empowering a team of Financial Services Representatives who will in turn deliver a world-class experience to our valued members.
How you’ll be spending your time- Leading a team of Financial Services Representatives
- Helping the team achieve personal, departmental, and organizational goals
- Providing regular and ongoing observational coaching, assisting with goal setting, and conducting performance reviews for all team members
- Actively participating in the development, monitoring, and adherence to Conexus targets, goals, and budgets

- Experience with branch operations and retail compliance requirements
- Must be comfortable in establishing and evaluating performance standards, making independent decisions, and coaching others to solve problems.
Salary Range$56,540 - $70,670 with a 7% Short Term Incentive Target
