Reporting Directly to the Branch President the Bookkeeper/Office Manager combines full cycle accounting responsibilities with day-to-day administrative duties.
We are seeking a detailed oriented Full Cycle Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage our accounting and office functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and office management with attention to detail.
Bookkeeping functions will include maintaining the integrity of all financial data, payroll, general ledger, AR and AP processes, assisting in auditing activities and financial reporting (month end and year end). The system in use is SAGE 50 Premium.
Office management functions will include telephone answering, filing, emails, ordering of office supplies, and interfacing with vendors.
Sage 50 experience, strong MS Word and Excel skills, full cycle accounting expertise, good communications skills.
