Ron White was named Independent Retailer of the Year by Footwear News in 2011 and was inducted into the Sheridan College of Business Hall of Fame in 2007.
Ron and his team also dedicate their time to Charitable Events including a Breast Cancer Fundraiser founded in 1996, Canada's largest Shoe Drive launched in 1995, and through his White Knight Gala which has raised over a million dollars for local charities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES & REMUNERATION – Boutique Sales ManagerAnnual Earnings Potential via Salary, Commission & Bonuses: $65,000 to $80,000
As the Store Sales Manager, you are the leader of a luxury boutique and are accountable for its overall success. You are responsible for managing and achieving your store’s sales goals, ensuring the store is cleanly merchandised according to corporate standards, and overseeing inventory management, including shipping and receiving, inventory counts, and shrink management. You are also responsible for hiring, training, and leading a team to ensure the store operates with top performers while following our unique steps of customer service to reflect our brand standards, and company policies and procedures.
As the head of store, you personally set the tone by leading a productive team focused on delivering business results through sales targets and KPIs. You lead by example as a strong personal seller, while building long term client relationships through exceptional customer service experiences.
You are also responsible for the overall day-to-day performance of the business, including daily operations, inventory management, visual presentation, and store standards as measured through KPIs. Using sound judgment and business insight, you identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep the boutique operating at a high level while ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently maintained.
You will also work alongside the buying team, attending seasonal buying meetings and Head of Stores meetings hosted by the Vice President.
QUALIFICATIONS- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of store management experience in retail or the food and beverage industry.
- Experience managing a team of 4 or more employees in a retail boutique environment.
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and footwear is an asset.
