Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and recipes
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure appealing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow all safety and food handling regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Serve food efficiently to customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Adhere to all health department guidelines and restaurant policies
Skills- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to prepare meals with attention to detail and presentation standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Kitchen experience including meal preparation, cooking techniques, and equipment operation
- Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices for quality assurance
