We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team — someone who’s confident on the phone, sharp with technology, and ready to fight for every job. This position is primarily for during the week, Monday-Friday with varying shifts. Please specify your preference when applying, ie) daytime or evening.
What We're Looking For:- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, Google Suite, and apps
- Takes initiative, thinks on their feet, and knows how to secure the booking
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions closely and manage tasks independently
Key Responsibilities:- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to book and follow up on jobs
- Coordinating with technicians and updating job schedules as needed
- Logging notes clearly in both customer profiles and shared tracking docs
- Making outbound campaign calls (e.g., membership follow-ups, install check-ins)
- Keeping up with daily and weekly administrative tasks
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and team communication
Requirements:- Grade 12 diploma
- Clean criminal record check
- Weekday training availability
Experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support is an asset — but we’re happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
