Prio Auto Sales is looking for an experienced and driven General Manager of Finance to lead and supervise our online finance department.
Our online finance team handles live inbound leads from customers who fill out finance applications online. These are active live leads, and customers are often already on the phone waiting for assistance. The team’s role is to respond quickly, guide the customer through the process, and work toward getting them approved on the vehicle of their choice.
We are looking for a strong manager who can oversee the team, improve performance, ensure proper follow-up, maintain compliance, and help maximize approvals and sales results.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the online finance team on a daily basis
- Monitor live inbound finance leads and ensure fast response times
- Train, coach, and support finance managers to improve performance
- Ensure customers are handled professionally and efficiently over the phone and online
- Help the team structure deals and work toward approvals on vehicles of the customer’s choice
- Review lead handling, follow-up processes, and closing performance
- Maintain organization and accountability within the department
- Ensure all staff follow company procedures, lender guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Track team results, approvals, conversions, and overall productivity
- Work closely with sales and finance departments to improve customer experience and results
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in car dealership automotive finance required
- Must have strong experience with both Prime and Subprime automotive financing
- Previous management experience in an automotive dealership environment is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive lender processes and deal structuring
- Ability to manage live leads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and motivate a team to perform at a high level
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
- Knowledge of compliance and proper finance procedures is an asset

Pay: $84,000.00-$240,000.00 per year
