We operate two complementary divisions:
- Green Unlimited – Lawn Care & Pest Control
- Christmas Lights Ottawa – Seasonal holiday lighting

We are now hiring a General Manager to lead our Ottawa branch.

The owner’s focus is shifting toward expansion into new markets, which means the Ottawa operation needs a strong leader at the helm — someone who can lead people, strengthen systems, protect service quality, improve operational performance, and help drive growth.

What you will be responsible for- Leading day-to-day branch operations across lawn care and Christmas lights
- Managing team accountability, production standards, and service execution
- Overseeing scheduling, routing, labour efficiency, and operational discipline
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
- Improving service quality, customer experience, and retention
- Helping drive branch growth and measurable performance results
- Working closely with ownership to translate goals into branch execution
- Building a culture of professionalism, urgency, accountability, and follow-through

Qualifications- 5+ years of management or operational leadership experience
- Strong experience leading field teams and managing day-to-day execution
- Proven ability to improve performance, accountability, and efficiency
- Experience with hiring, coaching, scheduling, and quality control
- Strong customer service instincts and decision-making ability
- Comfortable managing by metrics, not emotion
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, snow and ice, irrigation, property services, or another route-based / field-service business is strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work on-site in Ottawa
Compensation and growth- Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and capability
